The Hunter's Handbook

The Hunter's Handbook is the IHEA endorsed student guide to products and safety. It is published once a year and distributed to Hunter Education students across North America through state/provincial wildlife agencies. The publication is industry supported and the profits cover all costs to produce and print the Hunter & Shooting Sports Education Journal that goes out to volunteer instructors three times annually.

The Handbook is a valuable resource that covers a full list of subjects regarding hunting products and how to use them safely, as well as information on "Where to go from here" once the student completes the Hunter Education course. In addition, each Handbook contains an entry form for students and instructors to enter an annual student/instructor nationally televised sweepstakes "Hunt of a Lifetime".
