Dear Instructor:

We are pleased to enclose the new Henry Repeating Arms catalog and advise you of the special pricing program for instructors for 2006. We will continue to make our rifles available to Instructors at these special prices in appreciation of the efforts you are making on behalf of firearms safety, our right to bear arms and the firearms industry. Individual instructors wishing to place an order must mail us the following:

1. Your order - Photostat the order form on the back page. Fill out the photostat copy of the form with all required information. Order limit is 2 guns per Instructor, any mix.
2. Instructors Identification Card - photocopy.
3. Federal Firearms License - A photocopy of a gun dealers license signed by the dealer.
4. Payment - Payment can be made in the form of a personal check, business check or provide credit card information, including card number and expiration date. We take Visa, Mastercard and American Express. IMPORTANT - Payment must come from the Instructor, not the dealer. A purchase under this program is a transaction between the Instructor and Henry Repeating Arms. The dealer handles the firearms transfer and firearms paperwork only.

If a group of instructors wishes to place an order through the same gun dealer, we will need photocopies of each instructor’s identification card. If you wish to make a purchase on behalf of a Federal or State agency, we will require a letter on agency letterhead and an official agency purchase order. There are no quantity restrictions when purchasing on behalf of a Federal or State agency. Agency orders would be shipped on an open account basis, Net 30 day terms.
